Mindful Mondays

EVERY OTHER MONDAY

Mornings from 9:45 AM - 11:30 AM

Master Your Week by Starting Each Monday Mindfully with an immersive well-being experience including 15 minutes of yoga, the soothing delivery of microcurrent, a guided meditation and ending with a famous Loft Latte of your choice while connecting to community of like-minded souls. Give yourself a treat to start your week off right.

Event Includes

  • A 30 minute movement flow to ground into your body- NEW ADDITION

  • A customized Healy microcurrent program according to your personal needs (approx. 1 hr.)

  • Intention setting for the week

  • Relax in your zero gravity chair and receive your microcurrent frequency while listening to a guided meditation for 30 minutes

  • Receive uplifting waves of frequency into your body and through the environment in three different ways through MagHealy & Healy

  • Community Sharing while you enjoy your choice of organic Loft Lattes, Quantum Energized Water or Organic Tea

  • Limited space available to 8 participants, must reserve your spot and pay prior to arrival.

Two Day : Eagle Medicine Retreat

Saturday & Sunday  March 15th-16th · 10 AM - 5 PM

Come and steep yourself in a weekend of experiences, celebrations, ceremonies, and powerful integrative healing opportunities that will inspire and guide you to connect with the energies of Spring and the medicine of Eagle. Some have found this weekend to be deeply transformational.

Come and feed yourself with ancient teachings that have been passed down from generation to generation. During this non-residential weekend, we will explore many ways to understand and embody the energies of Spring and the Medicine of Eagle.

All are welcome, regardless of your level of experience. There are no prerequisites. This can be an entryway into your experience of the beautiful Medicine Wheel tradition, a gateway to further study in the Circle of Stones, a four-quadrant apprenticeship program, or a standalone healing weekend for your rejuvenation.
